Sheila has completed the rigorous and thorough Trainers Training Programme with Dr's Tad and Adriana James. A prestigious and highly informative training, and is also a member of the Master Trainers Development Programme. Coupled with the desire to work with and for People Development, Sheila has combined years of experience in both private and public sector business to become a Trainer of NLP - fulfilling a life long ambition to help others help themselves.
Sheila has 15 years service in Local Authority and the NHS and understands how important communication is. Sheila's ability to teach others the techniques and processes of each department was so valuable; she often had the enviable task of training newcomers to the organisation. A role Sheila found fulfilling and enjoyable. Previous to that Sheila hd worked over 10 years in the private sector in Accountancy Training for AAT, ACCA and CIMA qualifications, as well as in Construction Engineering and a major Travel company. During these early years Sheila developed skills that formed the foundation for current work in Training, Education, Coaching and Therapy, as well as course design.
Sheila started the journey towards NLP 15 years ago, when she worked in Social Services and the NHS for multi disciplinary teams whose objective was to help adults and children with learning difficulties. Prompted by a desire to help others in the community, Sheila studied BSc (Hons) Psychology and having graduated, went straight into NLP.

Lenka belongs to an elite group of 5 people worldwide that have achieved 100 % NLP Trainer Certification score. In 25 years of NLP Trainer Certification Program run by world renowned Dr's Tad and Adriana James, she is the first and only UK trainer of Neuro- Linguistic Programming to have achieved a perfect score.
Born in Slovakia, Lenka entered the fascinating world of NLP and training at the age of 16, when she chaired a mentoring group for troubled children, guiding them towards better quality of life through the use of their creativity and natural curiosity. She had a strong sense of talent for working with people in her, and decided to develop it.
“I was brought up by a strict traditional rules - everything I did was what my parents and society expected me to do - from enrolling university chosen by my parents, through the way of life , religion, to being set to marry a “decent” man. Yet my idea was completely different.” In 2000 she left everything familiar behind and moved to the UK in order to chase her vision . She set herself on a path of studying human excellence whilst building successful career in a retail sector. As an award winning Business Manager, she gained her expertise in people business through managing teams up to 70 people to deliver exceptional results. She has got first hand extensive experience of applying NLP – Neuro Linguistic programming , both in business and personal development and change.
Lenka is a gifted and charismatic presenter, delivering many trainings, both in UK and internationally. In addition, she continues to facilitate personal change in life of her clients through personal and business coaching.
Lenka has been trained in fields of NLP, Time Line Therapy™ and Hypnotherapy by Dr. Tad James, an iconic figure in development of these fields. She is an invited member of Master Trainer Development Programme.
Bruce Farrow

Bruce Farrow, was trained by the great Dr.Tad James, one of the most eminent members of the world’s NLP Community.
At Trainers Training in Sydney in 2008, where he was assisting Tad & Adriana James, he was awarded the prestigious honour of being Certified as an NLP Master Trainer.
He achieved this certification by spending the last six years dedicating himself to delivering quality NLP Trainings all over the world. He has trained well over a thousand Practitioners, has assisted at 5 of Tad James’ NLP Trainers Trainings and has consistently delivered trainings that produce the highest quality results.
He is totally passionate about NLP and you will find his enthusiasm for the subject both infectious and addictive.
Bruce is a member of the American Board of Neuro-Linguistic Programming, Time Line Therapy™ Association and the American Board of Hypnotherapy

“Sheila came to our office to hold a one-day ‘Business Excellence’ course for staff and managers, to show how our attitudes can affect our colleagues and customers and how we can improve how we communicate to others.
