Sheila started the journey towards NLP 15 years ago, when she studied BSc (Hons) Psychology and having graduated, went straight into NLP. Sheila has fine tuned the link between modern Psychological models to the current pragmatic NLP approach. Sheila has since developed the CCT Model and Active Coaching Model specifically for businesses to utilise.
Having worked in London, New York, Sydney and Melbourne, Sheila has 15 years experience within the NHS and Local Authority. Applying this experience with 2 years having worked for one of the top 2 Financial Training Institutions in the UK, Sheila has the knowledge, experience and passion to bring you Claybrook NLP Limited.
Now fulfilling a desire to help others help themselves, Sheila's reputation for inspiring fun, energy and personal development have been realised.
Sheila has completed the rigorous and highly prestigious Trainers Training Programme with Dr's Tad and Adriana James, achieving 99% in the final exam! Sheila has been described as "motivational", "passionate", and "an expert" in the field of NLP.

Steve Kay is a fully qualified Trainer of NLP and Coaching. Added to his already in depth knowledge of Leadership and Management Training, his delivery is dynamic, precise and fun. Steve's ability to combine all these elements makes the information easy to learn and to use with others. His years of delivering effective ILM training is now interspersed elegantly with NLP and Coaching techniques, making him one of the most knowledgeable in his field.
Sally Pettitt - The Mother Factor

Sally Pettitt is our Lead Coach and lives in North West London with her young son.
Until she became a mum, her professional background and experience was in sales, training and coaching at management level across a variety of organisations such as ICT Eurotel, an outbound and inbound call centre and Remploy Limited.
Sally was introduced to Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) and found that she soon excelled in this skill. After training and qualifying as a Master Practitioner of NLP, Time Line Therapy™, Hypnosis and Master NLP Coach, and already a qualified business coach she decided that these invaluable tools needed be shared and utilised.
And from here The Mother Factor was formed which was created to offer guidance and support to assisting mums from mums to be to grandmothers with the numerous experiences that can occur during the journey of motherhood.

The Fear Master, aka Andy Duncan,
is in a breed of his own when it comes to helping people overcome their fears and life barriers.
The Fear Master has faced his own fears many times from serving in combat to overcoming the most demanding physical and mental tests. He’s now on a mission to help as many people as possible get over their life fears.
39 years old and born in Wallsend Andy’s always been a bit different and lived life close to the edge. Testament to this is him carving out a highly successful career in the Royal Marines as a Physical Training Instructor. He had to be more determined and daring than the best of the best to succeed in this role. And succeed he did; the last post he was offered was to help with the newly formed Special Forces Support Group.
On leaving the Marines at the end of 2007 Andy set up Believe in Results to help others overcome limiting beliefs that have been holding their business or themselves back from achieving full potential. Taking this further he has launched The Fear Master to help people command their fears.
