We actively support anyone who wants to become an NLP Accredited Trainer. The reason is that more and more people are looking for and want NLP Training, worldwide. It's a great skill that can be taken anywhere in the world, because of course, NLP is not culture specific.
Also, more and more people want specialist training for certain industries, such as in Education, Management skills, Sales & Marketing, Customer Relations, Human Resources, etc. So it's always an advantage to bring your specialist knowledge from your current industry and combine your nlp training to the corporate environment.
Of course, most trainings are also centralised to the bigger cities around the world. By providing trainings locally, it's more accessible to people everywhere.

What does a Trainer do?
A Trainer of NLP is fully accredited by the American Board of NLP (ABNLP). Such an NLP Trainer can deliver fully accredited nlp courses and issue certificates certified by the ABNLP. You can also of course devise your own courses and certify those also, yourself through your own company. Many Trainers provide bespoke trainings for specific purposes which many companies, large and small, are looking for locally.
You might ask, Why the ABNLP? Why not another organisation? The answer is simple. Tad James was the second pupil of Bandler and Grinder in the early 1980's and he has helped make NLP accessible to everyone. His format of pre-recorded audio CD's, manuals and slides make learning NLP very easy for Practitioners, and simple to deliver for the Trainer. Also, Tad has bought to the world of nlp additional techniques such as Parts Integration, Quantum Linguistics and of course Time Line TherapyTM Techniques. There is nothing like Time Line TherapyTM to get the results comfortably and easily for the client and future Practitioners and Coaches will want this technique.
How can I become an NLP Trainer?
The first step is to complete all your NLP Training from Practitioner through to Master Practitioner Level. That's 25 days in total, as follows:
- 7 Day NLP Practitioner Course
- 4 Day Time Line TherapyTM Techniques, NLP Coaching & Hypnosis Practitioner Course
- 14 Days Master Practitioner in NLP, Time Line TherapyTM Techniques, Hypnosis and Master NLP Coaching.
The above courses are of course mandatory - we also provide 6 additional days FREE that include Sales & Marketing: How to! and Presenting Naturally Academy.
Who Can Attend the NLP Trainers Training?
Anyone who has attained or will attain an NLP Masters Certificate with a recognised board of NLP is eligible to attend and be evaluated as an NLP Trainer.
It is possible for someone who has trained up to NLP Practitioner level to attend the NLP Trainers Training and to be evaluated. However, assuming they pass evaluation, their NLP Trainers Certificate will be withheld until they have successfully attended an NLP Masters Course. We had someone on the training last year who followed this route and achieved great results.
For people considering this option it would be wise to talk to me first!
How Does it Work?
The actual training varies according to who you decide to train with. We are happy to provide an unbiased opinion based on our own experiences. You will find there are a number of providers both in the UK and abroad.
It is a HIGHLY practical training with the students doing a large number of presentation exercises throughout, in addition to other tasks. Of course you would be expected to have a high level of commitment to being a Trainer of NLP with anyone you study with, so your content needs to be accurate and precise. We are happy to help support your preparation for this.

You are of course able to coose which appropriate Accredited Trainers Training event worldwide. They range from 14 days up to 4 weeks or more. There's no new NLP to learn, the training is focussed on presenting skills etc. Some training events may include sales and marketing, voice coaching, styling, and so on. Evaluations will also be different procedures too.
Points to consider are many and we are happy to advise, where possible, on how they vary. The ideal though, is that once you have your Trainers Training accreditation, you use it! As more people hear about NLP, more people require the training and it's a gift. To watch and support others become Trainers of NLP is an honour and a privilege for us.
