"I ran a Sales training day with a pharmaceutical sales team, who, although were dedicated to their roles, were sitting at the bottom of the company for the sales hitting on average just over 80% sales versus their target. They were trained using the 5-step sales process, as well as rapport building, mirroring, representational systems and a day full of role plays and setting their goals.
