NLP Practitioner Course comments:

Loved the course. Best NLP course I ever attended. Would recommend. No ego trainer. No “look how smart I am”. 11 out of 10! Allowed and used humour. SR, Herts

Fantastic course. Will definitely recommend. Have already seen positive changes in personal and professional life and have no doubt what I have learnt will take e to a new level. Relaxed atmosphere, good delivery, extremely helpful and patient and enjoyable. See you next year! RL, Watford

Great trainers with really good presentation style helping to make the course simple to understand with good practical exercises. Thoroughly enjoyable course, really informative well organised and presented and clearly makes the mind think.

“More than I expected! I feel totally inspired and I’m very much looking forward to putting the things learned today into practice. The trainers were very clear in their delivery + clearly passionate about NLP and very generous with their information. The future feels much brighter!”

I enjoyed the course and felt the pace was particularly good. The information was delivered in a timely manner. I also like the fact that I did not have to take hardly any notes so I could concentrate on listening. AH, S. London

“ The course was very interesting and there was a lot of useful content. I particularly enjoyed the practical exercises. I have read about them but there is no substitute for actually doing them.”

What would you like more information about?

You are what you think!

Yes we’ve all heard the phrase “you are what you eat” haven’t we?  Well try this one for size “you are what you think”.

Remember how it feels to put on a new suit or dress, get your hair cut and put on expensive perfume?  Then go out to a fantastic venue, maybe a posh restaurant?  It feels fantastic!  You know you look great, everyone tells you “you look great” and your spirits are high.  You just know you are going to have a great time don’t you?  How about the opposite scenario? You get out of bed the wrong side, feel awful, you think you look awful, nothing fits, you know you’re going to have an awful day and everyone you meet is out to ruin your day!

What we think influences how we feel...

And how many times have you been proved right? Most of the time, right?  That’s the power of what you think and believe.  What you think influences how you feel.  So how can we access positive thinking?  By seeing yourself the way you want to be.  We can change how we feel simply by picturing ourselves feeling, behaving and being the way we would like to be.  Without realising what we are doing, we will communicate our mood to others through our gestures, language, tone of voice and so on.  These signals are picked up by those around us who will be drawn to this good mood and want to engage in it.  By being in a positive frame of mind, we can influence what happens around us and turn situations into positive ones.

So what we are thinking is very important as it provides the basis for our body language that others pick up on.

So wouldn’t it be great to feel like everyday is a fabulous day, full of confidence and assuredness, or perhaps motivation and energy?  You can decide how you will be that day by being in charge of what you think – just as food constructs the body, thinking shapes the mind.
